About

I work between delivery decisions, team practice, and the systems being built.

I shape problems, help people align around the work, make progress visible, and stay close enough to the technology to test decisions in practice.

NTT DATA · 2024—Present

I work as a Project & Delivery Manager and Agile Coach, supporting enterprise technology delivery, Agile adoption, planning discipline, risk and dependency visibility, and cross-functional alignment.

The work spans enterprise applications, SAP-related delivery environments, data and low-code initiatives, AI enablement, and capability building across multiple teams and stakeholders.

I design learning around practical delivery work.

Teaching is part of my delivery practice. I use it to create learning environments where teams can examine ideas, ask questions, and apply what is useful in their own context.

I have designed and facilitated one-, two-, and five-day internal training programmes and workshops on Agile software project management and Product Ownership. To date, I have worked with 110 participants across Anadolu Group companies and NTT DATA teams.

Music and publishing

I continue to develop Musiki.co as both a publication and a working system.

It gives me a practical context for product decisions, editorial operations, human-approved automation, criticism, and the needs of a long-running community.

Tell me about the context.

Describe the problem, the people involved, and what a better outcome would change.
