1. Day 6 hours
The Scrum framework120 min
Explore empiricism, values and the structure of Scrum through cases.
Scrum Master accountabilities120 min
Service to the team, Product Owner and organization; accountability boundaries and self-management.
Events and artifacts120 min
The purpose of events, artifacts and commitments. Examine situations that affect transparency.
2. Day 6 hours
Supporting the team120 min
Support self-management, address impediments and work with the Product Owner. Discuss value, backlog and planning decisions.
Facilitation practice120 min
Plan and facilitate a sample session and work through common misconceptions.
Preparation and review120 min
Original practice questions, answer reasoning and a topic-based development list. Actual exam questions are not used.
