1. Day 6 hours
Scrum in difficult situations120 min
Examine ambiguous situations through empiricism and values, considering both decisions and their consequences.
Choosing an approach for the context120 min
Coaching, mentoring, teaching, facilitation and leadership approaches. Discuss when each may help.
Conflict and self-management120 min
Use role play to practise interventions that support the team's own decision-making.
2. Day 6 hours
Working with the organization120 min
Organizational impediments, working with leaders and dependencies between multiple teams.
Evidence of value and improvement120 min
Collaboration with the Product Owner, backlog decisions and interpreting measures. Make improvement expectations observable.
Advanced preparation120 min
Original PSM II-oriented scenarios, reasoned assessment and a personal development plan.
