Scrum Assessments App Privacy Policy
Your study history stays on your device.
This policy explains how Scrum Assessments App handles data in the iPhone, iPad, and Mac Catalyst app. It does not cover the MehmetEmrahKonya.com website or its contact form.
Effective and last updated: 13 August 2026
1. Scope
Scrum Assessments App is an offline-first Scrum study and assessment app built with SwiftUI. This policy covers the app itself and the information it keeps or accesses while you use it.
2. Data stored on your device
Attempts, answer records, topic signals, session state, and some display and preference information are stored locally on your device. There is no cloud sync between devices.
3. Data the developer does not collect
The app does not require an account. It does not send a user account or study history to a developer-owned server. It includes no advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, or profiling.
4. Apple, StoreKit, and purchases
StoreKit 2 connects to the Apple App Store to retrieve product information and handle purchases, entitlements, purchase restoration, subscription management, and offer-code redemption. Apple processes payment information and Apple Account and transaction records under the Apple Privacy Policy. The app receives the StoreKit results needed to determine access, but the developer does not operate a payment server.
5. Internet and offline behavior
Study content and locally stored study activity are designed to work offline. App Store product information, purchases, entitlement checks, restoration, subscription management, and offer-code redemption depend on an internet connection and Apple service availability. The app does not upload your study history to the developer when you reconnect.
6. Retention and deletion
Local study data remains on the device until you use Settings → Reset all local study data or delete the app. These actions do not remove purchase, subscription, Apple Account, or transaction records held by Apple. The developer has no server-side copy of your local study history to delete.
7. Children’s privacy
The app is not designed to create child profiles and does not use a special data-collection flow for children. Because it has no user accounts or developer-side study-history collection, it does not intentionally collect personal information from children through the app.
8. Changes to this policy
If the app’s verified data behavior or this policy changes, the revised policy will be posted at this address with an updated date.
9. Support and website contact data
For privacy or app-support questions, use the Scrum Assessments App support page and the linked website contact form. Information you submit through that form is handled under the separate MehmetEmrahKonya.com Privacy Policy, not this app policy. Do not send passwords, payment data, or sensitive personal information.
