1. What support covers
Support covers app access, StoreKit purchase restoration, subscription navigation, education offer-code redemption, local study data controls, session behavior, offline content, and question or content issues. Apple handles billing, refunds, Apple Account records, and App Store availability.
2. A purchase is not appearing
Open the app’s Settings and use Restore Purchases. Confirm that the device is signed in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase, that the device is online, and that the App Store and product are available. Restoration can restore an eligible entitlement, but not local study history.
3. Manage or cancel a subscription
Use Apple’s subscription and billing controls to view, change, or cancel an active subscription. The developer cannot change an Apple Account subscription or payment method on your behalf.
4. Redeem an education code
Use the app’s education offer-code redemption action and complete Apple’s redemption sheet. The code is individual, eligibility and availability are controlled through Apple, and the current app describes education access as not renewing automatically. If redemption fails, check the Apple Account, internet connection, storefront availability, and code details before contacting support.
5. Local progress and reset warning
Attempts, answer records, topic signals, and session state stay on the device and do not cloud-sync. Settings → Reset all local study data permanently removes local study history from the app. Deleting or reinstalling the app can also remove that data. Neither action cancels a subscription or deletes Apple’s purchase records.
6. Resume Practice or finish an Exam
An unfinished Practice session can resume only within the same track. Exam sessions cannot be saved and resumed later. If you choose to finish an Exam early, the app ends that Exam instead of keeping it for later; review the confirmation before continuing.
7. Offline content
Bundled study content and local study activity are designed for offline use. Purchases, entitlement refresh, Restore Purchases, subscription management, and offer-code redemption require an internet connection and Apple service availability.
8. Report a question or content issue
Include the track, session type, enough question context to identify the item, what appears incorrect, and what you expected. Do not send a password, full payment or card data, Apple Account credentials, or sensitive personal information.
9. Contact support
