Simple Fasting App · Version 1.4.2
Fasting without ads, accounts or distractions.
A free intermittent fasting tracker for iPhone, made to keep the timer, your history, and the next small decision in one calm place.

Why Simple Fasting App?
The app is free to use today. It has no advertising, subscription, in-app purchase, account requirement, analytics, or user tracking. Your fasting records stay on your device.
- Free and focused
- No paywall, advertising, subscription, or in-app purchase stands between you and the timer.
- Private by default
- No account is required. The app does not collect your fasting data or send it to a developer server.
- Made for the everyday
- A restrained interface keeps plans, progress, history, and reminders easy to reach.
A simple tool for a changing routine.
Choose a ready-made fasting duration or set your own window, adjust a start time when needed, and begin or finish a fast with one tap.
Keep useful context
Review fasting history, recent statistics, and day-level detail rather than treating every session as an isolated number.

See the fast in progress
Track elapsed and remaining time, completion progress, and a clear finish line. Local iOS notifications can let you know when a fast ends.

Make it yours
Choose light, dark, or system appearance and an accent color. The interface is available in English, Turkish, German, and Spanish.

Use the surfaces you choose
A Home Screen widget is available. Live Activities can appear on the Lock Screen; on compatible iPhones, they can also appear in Dynamic Island when enabled in iOS.
Fasting Insights is educational, not medical guidance. Its stage boundaries are intentionally approximate: meals, activity, and individual physiology can change a person’s response.
What’s new in 1.4.2
Version 1.4.2 brings a calmer, more readable Home experience, day-level history detail, clearer settings, and expanded localization. Fasting Insights adds estimated stages based on elapsed fasting time, and the progress presentation can adapt to the current estimated stage.
Fasting Insights is educational, not medical guidance. Its stage boundaries are intentionally approximate: meals, activity, and individual physiology can change a person’s response.
Privacy by design
Fasting records are stored locally with SwiftData. The widget uses shared App Group storage only to exchange the current fasting state with the app; Live Activities use Apple’s ActivityKit. There are no advertising or analytics SDKs, no third-party data transfer, and no developer-server upload of user data.

A few practical checks can resolve most app-side issues. Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal data when you contact support.
The widget is not updating. What should I check?
Confirm that the app has an active fast, then open the app once to refresh its shared state. In iOS, remove and add the widget again if needed, and make sure Low Power Mode or system-level Widget refresh limits are not delaying updates.
Why did I not receive a notification?
Check Settings → Notifications → Simple Fasting App and confirm that notifications are allowed. The app uses local iOS notifications, so Focus modes and system notification settings can also affect delivery.
Why can’t I see a Live Activity?
Check that Live Activities are enabled for the app in iOS settings. Lock Screen presentation needs a supported iPhone running a compatible version of iOS; Dynamic Island is available only on compatible iPhone models.
Where is my fasting history stored?
Fasting history is stored locally on the device. The app does not send it to a developer server. Do not assume that data will automatically transfer to a new device.
An independent product
I develop Simple Fasting App as an independent product. The aim is deliberately modest: a calm, private fasting tracker that stays clear of commercial pressure and keeps the focus on the routine in front of you.
