Apple Watch is showing a different state
Open the app on both paired devices and allow them time to exchange pending changes. Watch can keep a fast locally while disconnected; iPhone cannot show a Watch change until it receives it.
Siri cannot find an action
Check that Siri is enabled for the app in system settings, then open the app once. The Siri section in app Settings links to its Shortcuts. Use the app name in your request. Siri may ask for a duration, permission, authentication, or confirmation; available phrases depend on your language and system version.
A timed start says a fast is already active
The current fast is preserved. Finish it first if you intend to begin a new session. Choosing the next plan while fasting changes the next session’s plan, not the current session’s target.
A notification or Live Activity is missing
Check notification and Live Activity permissions in iOS Settings. Focus settings can affect notification delivery. Dynamic Island requires a compatible iPhone.
I need to remove app data
Individual history records can be removed in the iPhone app. iPhone and Apple Watch keep separate local copies; remove the app from both devices to remove both installations. Device backups follow your backup settings.
